Check out: Richa Chadda’s look in the ‘Sarbjit’ biopic

Richa Chadda has managed to surprise her audiences with every new performance of her. After getting a good amount of notice in her last outing ‘Main Aur Charles,’ the actress is all set to come up this year with her first release in Omung Kumar’s ‘Sarbjit.’

This is a biopic based on an Indian farmer Sarabjit Singh who was convicted of spying and terrorism in Pakistan. Richa has been cast to play the character of Sarabjit’s wife in the movie.

Recently, a noted critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first look of her in the movie. He posted:

According to sources, this picture is taken while shooting for a Punjabi dance number. Richa has started shooting for the second schedule of the movie with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who plays the role of Dalbir Kaur, sister of Sarabjit.

Richa will be reuniting with her ‘Main Aur Charles’ co-star Randeep Hooda who is playing the title role of Sarabjit Singh in the movie.

It is slated to release on May 19, 2016.
