A video of the actor travelling with fellow commuters has since gone viral on social media as heavy monsoon rains continue to disrupt traffic across Mumbai.

Randeep was seen travelling on the Metro during the evening, where fellow commuters spotted him. Videos of the actor’s ride later surfaced on social media and were widely shared by fans. Many social media users praised Randeep for choosing the Metro instead of waiting in traffic, with several calling the actor grounded.

Others noted that the Metro has become one of the most convenient ways to travel across Mumbai during the ongoing monsoon. Randeep is known for keeping a relatively low profile and rarely making public appearances outside of work. His Metro journey came at a time when continuous rainfall had disrupted road traffic in several parts of the city.

Randeep’s Personal Life

Randeep married actor and model Lin Laishram in a traditional Meitei ceremony in Imphal on November 29, 2023. The couple announced in November 2025 that they were expecting their first child. They welcomed their daughter, Nyomika, on March 10, 2026. The date also coincided with Randeep’s birthday. Recently, the actor shared a family photograph featuring Lin and their daughter. He gave fans a glimpse into his life as a new father.
