For the unversed, Kangana reportedly dated Aditya Pancholi during her initial days in Bollywood. However, their relationship went kaput and later, Kangana claimed that it was an abusive relationship. The actress had also said that she was mentally as well as physically tortured by Pancholi. Apparently, in 2017 during one of her interviews, Kangana openly spoke against Pancholi. Following which, Pancholi and his wife Zarina Wahab registered a complaint against Kangana.

Back then, after filing the case against the actress, Aditya had said that he is concerned as Kangana is unnecessarily dragging his family into this matter. “I can’t be called a woman-beater or an abuser or (accused of) the image that she has given me. I am not going to sit back and take all of this,” Pancholi had told PTI.

Talking about the summon, Pancholi’s lawyer Shreya Shrivastava told Mid Day, “The court has issued the summons and we will serve it to her (Kangana).”

Kangana’s lawyer or her sister Rangoli are yet to respond on this matter. Until then, you guys stay tuned.
