After Bachchhan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj and Raksha Bandhan, Akshay Kumar is back with a new film now. The superstar is collaborating with actress Rakul Preet Singh for his next titled Cuttputlli. The movie is a Hindi remake of the Tamil film Ratsasan.

The motion poster of Cuttputlli is finally out. It has been shared by filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani and is all about spooky vibes and surprises.

Taking to Instagram Jackky Bhagnani shared the spooky first look poster. But he has not tagged the lead stars in the motion poster reveal post. Sharing the poster the actor, filmmaker wrote, “ Cuttputlli ka khel shuru ho raha hai.”

No sooner did Jackky share the motion poster, Rakul Preet Singh dropped red heart emojis. Fans also expressed excitement. While one of the fans wrote, “eagerly waiting for this movie“, another social media user commented, “Wow… something different.

Produced by Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh under their family banner Pooja Entertainment. The film is directed by Ranjit M Tiwari of Bell Bottom fame. The psychological thriller will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar.

For the unversed Cuttputlli is the official remake of 2018 Tamil film Ratsasan, which starred Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul in the lead. Ratsasan was a story of a psycho killer who makes young girls his victims and repeatedly escapes from the police.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar also has Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi, Ram Setu with Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha, OMG 2 – Oh My God! 2 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Tiger Shroff. Also a yet-to-titled Soorarai Pottru remake.

Rakul Preet Singh, will star next in  Doctor G alongside Ayushmann Khurrana, Indra Kumar’s Thank God, and Chhatriwali.
