Did Parineeti Chopra just bag Yash Raj Film’s ‘Thug’?

Before Anushka Sharma bagged the leading lady’s role in ‘Sultan’, there were a lot of speculations regarding the makers’ possible choices and they included Parineeti Chopra’s name as well. The ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ actress was also spotted meeting Aditya Chopra and other members of Yash Raj Films which further made us wonder what was going on. ‘Sultan’ went to Anushka Sharma’s kitty but looks like Parineeti isn’t returning empty-handed either!

Vijay Krishna, the director of ‘Dhoom’ was planning to make a pirate-fantasy film and naming it as ‘Thug’. While it has not been confirmed yet, rumours have it that Parineeti has successfully managed to rope in the leading lady’s role. Reportedly, the film is going to be inspired from ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’ series. If the news is true, then this film is surely going to be a game-changer in Parineeti’s career.
