Disha Patani Rents Luxurious Mumbai Apartment For THIS Whopping Price Per Month

Disha Patani has added another chapter to her real estate portfolio by leasing out her luxury apartment in Mumbai’s sought-after Khar West neighbourhood. The apartment is located in Rustomjee Paramount, a premium residential project in Khar West. The leave-and-license agreement was registered on June 1, 2026, and will remain valid for two years.

Disha Patani Rents Khar Apartment For Rs 2.85 Lakh Every Month

As per the documents, the apartment spans over 1,000 sq ft. It is situated on one of the higher floors of the residential tower. The property has been leased to Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar. The tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 8.55 lakh, equivalent to three months’ rent. According to property registration documents accessed through Zapkey, the actress has rented out the property at a starting monthly rent of Rs 2.85 lakh.

The agreement further states that the rent will increase by 5 per cent after the completion of the first year. This takes the monthly rental amount to around Rs 2.99 lakh during the second year. With the rent escalation clause in place, the property is expected to generate close to Rs 71 lakh in rental income over the 24-month lease period.
