Filmmaker Basu Chatterjee’s 1982 hit, Shaukeen, has gone on the floors. Bollywood’s action man Akshay Kumar will be romancing the dusky Lisa Haydon in it. This is the first time that Akki and Lisa are working together. Lisa Haydon received much appreciation and recognition for her role in Queen. The sexy gal scorched the screen in it.

As per sources, Khiladi Kumar was all praises for the leggy lass. He posted on twitter, “1st shot of my new film ‘SHAUKEEN’. It’s been a great day! Well done Lisa Haydon, fab job! U were born for the big screen!” In ‘Shaukeen’ Lisa will be playing the role that was played by Rati Agnihotri in the original and Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of Mithun Chakroborty. Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Anupam Kher will be reprising the roles played by – Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt and AK Hangal in the original.
The movie is directed by Abhishek Sharma.
