‘Good Newwz’: Akshay Kumar slammed for controversial dialogue against Lord Ram; trolls call him ‘shameless’ and ‘hypocrite’

Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Good Newwz’ has created quite a buzz much before its release. The makers released the second trailer a couple of days back and one of the dialogues from the trailer has irked a section of netizens as they think that it is against Lord Ram.

In the trailer of the film, a man holding his son says, “Iske nanaji ka naam Ram tha aur ye Holi ke din paida hua, toh unhone iska naam Holaram rakh diya” to which Akshay Kumar replies “Acha hua ji Lohri ke din paida nahi hua apka bacha, nahi toh iska naam toh….” 

A section of Twitter users didn’t like this double meaning joke of Akshay and he had to face the wrath. They feel that Akshay has abused Lord Ram and ‘Akshay Abuses Lord Ram’ is currently trending on Twitter.
