Jawan: Priyamani REVEALS an interesting anecdote with Shah Rukh Khan and it has a Chennai Express connection

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan emerged as a box office success and King Khan is enjoying every bit of it. The Atlee-directorial is earning moolah and shattering box office records. Apart from King Khan, the film also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani among others.

Speaking of Priyamani, the actress plays a very crucial role in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer and has earned praises. Recently, in an interview, she has opened up about being placed behind Shah Rukh Khan in Zinda Banda song and how things got better when King Khan noticed it.

During the interview with Connect FM Canada, she said, “He said, ‘What are you doing behind me?’ I said, ‘I don’t know, sir. They’ve placed me behind you. This is what they said.’ He said, ‘No,’ and took my hand, caught my shoulder and made me stand next to him. He told Shobi master and Atlee sir that, ‘I want this girl to stand next to me. I don’t care what the choreography is. I don’t get anything. She is my dance teacher right from Chennai Express. I don’t care even if I go wrong. I’m going to look at her only and we’re going to do so.”

Previously, Shah Rukh Khan and Priyamani had shook leg in Chennai Express’s one of the most famous songs, One Two Three Four.

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan has turned out to be a massive hit and is attracting the audience in large numbers. The film has jolted the box office, both domestically and globally too. Directed by Atlee, Jawan is produced by Gauri Khan under the banner Red Chillies Entertainment.
