‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ song launch: Kangana Ranaut embroiled in a heated argument with journalist

It looks like Kangana Ranaut just can’t keep herself away from controversies. Yesterday, the actress (along with her ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ co-star Rajkummar Rao and producer Ekta Kapoor) attended the song launch event of ‘The Wakhra Song’. During the media interaction, Kangana got into a verbal spat with a reporter. Things escalated as both the reporter as well as the actress got into an argument.

During the media interaction, a reporter got up to ask Kangana a question. However, the actress started to blame that particular reporter. Kangana even accused him of running a smear campaign against her post the release of her directorial ‘Manikarnika’. The reporter hit back at the actress telling her that he never ran any ‘smear campaign’ against her and that she has no right to falsely accuse him of anything without proof.

During the entire scenario, Rajkummar looked quite uncomfortable by the turn of events but he maintained silence throughout. Even Ekta Kapoor tried to intervene Kangana and the reporter but things went out of hand. The film’s PR too tried their best to calm down the situation but nothing helped.

Reportedly, Kangana’s animosity with the said journalist began during ‘Manikarnika’ when he asked her about releasing the film in Pakistan. Previously, Kangana had criticised other filmmakers and actors for releasing their film in Pakistan in the wake of Pulwama attacks.

The reporter had shared the actress’ response to his question which had gained attention on social media.

There’s hardly any day when Kangana doesn’t grab headlines for all the wrong reasons. A National-Award winning actress who has spent almost a decade in this industry should know how to handle things more gracefully.
