Kangana Ranaut Calls Baba Ramdev 'Bade Bhai' On Rakshabandhan

She reacted warmly after he shared that sweets and a gift were on their way to her, pointing to a thaw in relations following their earlier controversy sparked by his remarks about her character. Kangana Ranaut Calls Baba Ramdev ‘Bade Bhai’ On Rakshabandhan

The actress responded graciously to Ramdev’s overture, saying, “Tyohar ka din hota hai sab bhool chook maaf karne ke liye hai, mere Bhai Baba Ram Dev ji ne bahut achcha kaha ki vivaad nahi, samvaad hona chahiye.” Continuing, she embraced both his gift and his brotherly love, adding, “Aaj Rakshabandhan ke din main unki mithai aur bade bhai ka prem dono swikaar karti hoon. Bahut dhanyawad, Ishwar. Aapko lambi aayu de.”

On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Baba Ramdev spoke about sending Kangana a gift and sweets, expressing his wish to put any ill will between them to rest. He mentioned that there should be no hatred or hostility within the country, and that differences should be settled through conversation instead. Ramdev added that he and Kangana had completely let go of all animosity and stressed that disputes are best resolved through dialogue. He also mentioned that he would be calling her directly to mend things.

How The Kangana Ranaut-Baba Ramdev Feud Began

Earlier, Ranaut had taken to Instagram to claim she had a “better personality” than Ramdev after he criticised her over her controversial “Generation Gutter” remark. In retaliation, she targeted Ramdev and the controversies linked to him and his Patanjali brand, writing, “Baba ji, don’t daydream about my jawani (youth) or bedroom. One can only assume based on rumours and gossip. At least mujhe kabhi Supreme Court se fatkar nahi lagi.”

Recently, Kangana Ranaut’s film Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, directed by Manoj Tapadia, tells the true story of nurses and staff at Cama Hospital who saved patients’ lives during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. The film didn’t perform well at the box office and will now start streaming on Zee5 from August 14.
