Karan Johar teases fans with a ‘new era of love’ ahead of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani teaser

Karan Johar is set to return to the director’s chair after 7 years. The filmmaker last helmed the 2016 film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Now, he is coming up with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, and soon the film’s teaser will be unveiled. Teasing that, the director shared an adorable post.

Taking to Instagram, Karan shared a picture of a heart with the words, “Loading… A new era of love.” Along with it, the filmmaker penned a heartfelt caption. He wrote, “After 7 years… back in the directors chair…I am excited , nervous and yet so happy to begin the last lap of our prem kahani… Watch this space for the teaser ….coming super soon with all our love to you ….”

Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh first look in RARKPK

May 25 marked Karan’s birthday and to mark the occasion the filmmaker unveiled Alia and Ranveer’s first look from RARKPK. This year Karan also completes his 25 years as a director, so this film turns all the more special. Alia’s desi glamorous look of Rani and Ranveer’s flamboyant Rocky instantly connected with the audience. The looks of the actors and their sparkling chemistry created quite an intrigue and increased curiosity around the film.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani also features veteran actors Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film is a romantic comedy drama and will release theatrically on July 28, 2023. It marks Alia and Ranveer’s reunion on screen after Gully Boy. With the first look of the film having been so appreciated, the teaser of the film is indeed much-awaited.
