Karan Johar reveals ‘Simmba’ trailer will release on THIS date; shares Ranveer’s emotional speech for Rohit Shetty

Ranveer Singh is currently going through a purple patch. The actor got just married to the love of his life Deepika Padukone on November 14 and 15 in Italy. Ranveer Singh is a very emotional and expressive guy and likes to wear his heart on the sleeve. Now, we all know that he is teaming up with Rohit Shetty for the first time for ‘Simmba’.

Filmmaker Karan Johar shared the news of ‘Simmba’s trailer and shared a video which depicted the bonhomie between its actor and director. He wrote on Twitter, “The incredible love and chemistry between Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh.#SimmbaTrailer OUT ON 3RD DECEMBER”

Ranveer Singh was quite emotional during ‘Simmba’s wrap up and gave a very moving farewell speech. Ranveer thanked the entire cast and crew, but had special words for the director Rohit Shetty. Ranveer was very effusive in his praise and said he is very grateful to the ‘Singham’ director.

6th June 2018, Exactly 5 Months ago today, the journey of Simmba began and as this adventourous journey ends for our Simmba a.k.a. Sangram Bhalerao, I am filled with mixed emotions. ‘Simmba’ is a typical Rohit Shetty entertainer and Ranveer Singh will be seen in his true elements. The actor, in recent past, has played many intense roles in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s films such as ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’. So, it will be a welcome break for Ranveer to try a light and comic role. The film also stars Sara Ali Khan and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles. ‘Simmba’ is slated to release on December 28, 2018.
