As the Coronavirus infected cases in India are rising day-by-day, the government has ordered the shutdown of schools, colleges, malls, theatres and other public places of social gathering. Also, private employees are advised to work from home. Even shoots of movies and other production works have been suspended till further notice. From common men to the Bollywood celebs, everyone is trying their best to chase the boredom by indulging themselves in their favorite hobbies.

Amid all the stress and tension, Union Minister Smriti Irani has come up with #TwitterAntakshari for entertainment at this time of social distancing. As everyone is observing the Janta Curfew today (March 22), the actress-turned-politician has invited Twitter users to participate in this online antakshari.

She tweeted, “We are a 130 crore family so tag karna mushkil hai ki next kaun gaana uthayega isiliye sing / tweet a song coz ye apni marzi wala #TwitterAntakshari hai.” Twitter users started sending their favourite songs but one comment caught our attention and that was of Karan Johar. The song Karan suggested was rejected by Smriti Irani.

Karan wrote, “Helloji! Antakshari is my favourite time pass activity! To main Zaroor contribute karna chahoonga…with my favourite song. Lag ja gale …ke phir ye haseen raat ho na ho…Shayad phir is janam mein mulakat ho na ho……ab aapki bari!!!!” to which Smriti Irani replied saying, “Lag jaa gale is the wrong song during #corona” with facepalm emoticons.
