Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh kick off the shoot of Karan Johar’s ‘Good News’

Terrific and charming actors Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh have started shooting for their upcoming film ‘Good News’. Produced under the Dharma Production banner, the film will be directed by Raj Mehta, who will be making his debut as a filmmaker with this film. An elated Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce the news.

Sharing a clip of Kiara and Diljit from the sets, KJo wrote, “GOOD NEWS starts today with Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani !! Akshay and Kareena will join soon!”

Kiara and Diljit are waiting for Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan to join them on the shoot. ‘Good News’, is a dramedy that revolves around the story of a married couple (Akshay and Kareena) who are trying to have a Baby. Kiara and Diljit will reportedly play a Punjabi married couple in the film. This is the first time that Kiara and Diljit will be working together. Akshay and Kareena have already worked together in films like ‘Ajnabee’, ‘Kambakkht Ishq’, ‘Tashan’ and ‘Bewafaa’. They are coming back together for a film after three years.

Karan had officially announced the film in August this year. The film is scheduled to hit the silver screens on July 19, 2018. Now it will be very interesting to see these four versatile actors share the silver screen and entertain the audience with some fresh content.
