Karan Johar’s much-popular celebrity chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ is all set to be back for a ninth season and even before the shoot has officially begun, the internet now as an alleged guest list rotating. The purported lineup, which was reportedly shared by a Reddit user, features a combination of young actors, Bollywood couples, veteran stars and some unusual celebrity pairings. Koffee With Karan Season 9 Guestlist Goes VIRAL

One of the names attracting considerable attention is the ‘Saiyaara’ pair Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda. The actors have been at the centre of conversations following the success of their film, which marked their debut as an on-screen pair. If the reports are accurate, their appearance could give fans a chance to see the new stars interact with Karan for the first time on the show.

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are another much-discussed combination on the alleged list. Following their marriage earlier this year, an appearance together on ‘Koffee With Karan’ would undoubtedly be of interest to their fans, particularly given the long-standing curiosity surrounding their relationship.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are also reportedly being considered as a duo. While both have previously appeared on the show separately, their potential joint appearance would be a different proposition now that they are married. The couple tied the knot in 2023. The rumoured lineup further includes Kriti Sanon with Varun Dhawan, Ananya Panday with Shanaya Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor alongside Lakshya. Diljit Dosanjh and Vicky Kaushal are reportedly being considered for one episode. Another potentially notable combination could feature Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Akshaye Khanna. This brings together members of the ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ team. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kajol and Jaya Bachchan are also said to be part of the possible guest lineup. Their presence could result in a nostalgic ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ reunion, with Karan Johar himself joining the conversation.

The alleged list additionally features Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. Adding further variety to the season, comedian Samay Raina and filmmaker Farah Khan have also reportedly been approached. Despite the buzz, none of these guest combinations can be considered confirmed at this stage.

Karan Johar has already announced that ‘Koffee With Karan’ will return for Season 9 in 2026. He has indicated that the new season is expected to arrive around Diwali. An official premiere date and confirmed guest list are yet to be announced. The upcoming season may also look somewhat different from its predecessor.

Karan had previously teased that Season 9 would feature a “new syntax”. He suggested that the format could undergo some changes after expressing his dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the previous season. Until the makers reveal the official lineup, the names circulating online remain speculation. Nevertheless, the combination of new faces, popular couples and established Bollywood stars has already given fans plenty to discuss ahead of the show’s return.
