EXCLUSIVE: Poonam Pandey Backs Uorfi Javed And Her Unconventional Fashion Choices; Shares, “Jab Log Aap Se Insecure Feel Karna Chalu Karein Toh…”

Poonam Pandey, a model and actress, debuted with Nasha, directed by Amit Saxena. Alongside starring in Hindi film The Journey of Karma, she also starred in the Telugu film Malini & Co., directed and written by Veeru K. Pandey also appeared in Gladrags contests, and featured in reality shows like Lock Upp, gaining widespread fame for her bold persona. Poonam Pandey On Celebs Using Shock Value

Known for her bold statements and fearless persona, when asked if she thinks shock value can help launch careers in the industry, Poonam Pandey said, “100 per cent. Logo ki na bohot hi khaas baat hai. Woh na pehle aap pe bohot haste hai. Uske baad, they go like ‘Wow’. Toh jis din woh aap pe hasna chalu karein na toh samajh jaana yahi log aapse darr rahe hai. Aapse insecure feel karna chalu karein toh samajh jaana you’re going on the right track. Trust me on that. They will hate you because they can’t pull off what you can.“

Adding to it, the model further supported Uorfi Jawed, saying, “I don’t think Uorfi ne kisi ko takleef di hai. She’s wearing what she feels like. As far as I know, she’s always covered on the streets, also. So she has kept that discipline. And I respect her for that. It is good as long as you entertain, and as long as people are getting entertained.”
