Actor, choreographer, and filmmaker Prabhu Deva has reportedly sold two apartments located in the Mahalaxmi area of South Mumbai. These properties, along with four parking spaces, were sold in the Minerva building, one of Mumbai’s tallest residential towers.
Prabhu Deva Sells 2 Luxury Apartments In Mumbai
According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the apartments were sold for Rs 14.80 crore. The records show that Prabhu Deva originally purchased the two apartments in 2012 for a total of Rs 14.80 crore. Each apartment measures 1,295 square feet and is situated on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the building, totalling 2,590 square feet.
The sale was finalised with Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange as buyers, each paying Rs 7.40 crore. March 13, 2026, was the transaction date registered. The stamp duty was of Rs 74 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

In recent Mumbai real estate news, actress Preity Zinta sold her apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra, for Rs 18.50 crore. This year, actress Sanya Malhotra made headlines after purchasing her first Mumbai home, sharing photos of her housewarming on Instagram. Her sea-view apartment reportedly cost Rs 14.3 crore. Actor Ishaan Khatter also bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill for Rs 29.37 crore earlier this year.
Last year, Anil Kapoor and his son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor purchased a 1,165 sq ft apartment in Bandra West for Rs 5 crore. Additionally, Jaideep Ahlawat acquired two properties in Mumbai—one a Rs 10 crore luxury apartment in Andheri West. The other a second unit worth Rs 10 crore within the same residential complex, Poorna Apartments.
