The Bollywood legend, also known as the “Dream Girl,” marked this special occasion during Ganeshotsav by blessing her latest addition to her collection. A social media video captured her performing a puja for the vehicle, after which she took the wheel with a radiant smile.

According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, Hema Malini sold two apartments in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for a total of Rs 12.50 crore in August 2025. Each apartment, located in Oberoi Springs, features a carpet area of 847 sq. ft. and a built-up area of approximately 1,017 sq. ft. Both deals, each valued at Rs 6.25 crore, included parking spaces and involved stamp duties of Rs 31.25 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
