Yesterday, Donald Trump swore as the 45th president of the Unites States of America. A day later, women who oppose Trump’s win at this year’s presidential election, organised a peaceful protest march at Washington DC.

Priyanka Chopra, who now spends a major chunk of time in USA thanks to her American TV series ‘Quantico’, could not join the march, but lent her support on Twitter.

Priyanka took to Twitter and wrote, “So proud of all my sisters and the men that are at the #WomensMarch I’m so upset I couldn’t go. #girllove #womensrightsarehumanrights.”

Donald Trump’s win remains a matter of controversy and public criticism which can be credited to the past records of criminal activities that he beholds and his frequent sexist remarks.

On the other hand, Priyanka is now gearing up for her Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch’ wherein she will be seen alongside Dwayne Johnson. She has also promised an Indian premiere for the same. Can’t wait already!
