Rakesh Roshan Undergoes Neck Angioplasty; Daughter Sunaina Roshan Shares Health Update

Rakesh Roshan, a well-known Bollywood actor and director, recently had neck surgery. He is famous for directing hit films like Krrish and Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. The 74-year-old, who is also the father of actor Hrithik Roshan, had a neck angioplasty to treat a health issue. This procedure is usually done to clear blocked arteries and improve blood flow.

Rakesh Roshan Stable & Recovering After Neck Angioplasty

Fans were worried after hearing the news, but his daughter Sunaina Roshan said there is nothing to worry about. She confirmed in an interview that the surgery went well and that her father is now resting and recovering.

“There was an angioplasty done on my father’s neck, but he is perfectly okay now,” Sunaina said.

This isn’t the first time Rakesh Roshan has faced health problems. In 2018, he was diagnosed with early-stage throat cancer but recovered after treatment.

Known for his strong will and disciplined lifestyle, Rakesh is still active in the film industry. Reports say he is currently working on a new script. The Roshan family is very close and often supports one another. Though Hrithik Roshan has not yet spoken publicly about his father’s surgery, sources say he has been by his side throughout.
