Ramayana Part 2 is currently underway, with Ranbir Kapoor beginning his shoot in Mumbai as per several reports. The first instalment, Ramayana: Part 1, will release during Diwali 2026. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. Amid these reports, designer Rimple Narulah shares some BTS pics from the sets of Ramayana.

Designer Rimple Narula shared a series of photos on her social media accounts, capturing moments with Ranbir Kapoor and producer Namit Malhotra.
In her Instagram post, she shared a video and two photos of herself interacting with Ranbir, captioning it, “Working on a film set—especially for something as grand as Ramayana—is incredible. And getting a picture with Ranbir Kapoor is definitely a memorable moment.”
She also posted a story showing her sitting with producer Namit Malhotra, with the background revealing tents on the set. The caption on the story read, “Movie sets. Camera. And let the magic begin.”

There are reports that Sunny Deol, who portrays Lord Hanuman, is expected to join the shoot later this month. Sita’s abduction and Vanar Sena shoot are likely to be filmed during this schedule.

Nitesh Tiwari has directed the film. Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi play the roles of Lord Ram and Sita. Namit Malhotra has produced the mythological film. The first part of the film will release on Diwali 2026. The second part will release in Diwali 2027.
