Ranbir Kapoor reveals his labour room experience with wife Alia Bhatt was ‘magical’, here’s why

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their first child, daughter Raha in November last year. Since welcoming their baby girl, new parents Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been revealing interesting things about their daughter Raha. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor made an appearance on cousin Kareena Kapoor Khan’s show ‘What Women Want’. The actor got candid as he revealed his labour room experience with wife Alia during the birth of their baby girl.

Ranbir reveals his labour room experience

On the show, Ranbir revealed that he was ‘very good’ in the labour room. That’s not all, Ranbir also revealed that he stayed in the hospital with Alia Bhatt for a week ahead of their daughter Raha’s birth.

Recalling the best moment of his life, Ranbir shared, “Yeah, I was very good, like, I was with her you know. I had taken a sabbatical from work for like 2-3 months prior to her delivery. You know I stayed in the hospital for a week.” Kareena called him a ‘lovely husband’. The Laal Singh Chaddha actress added that her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan didn’t stay that long with her in the hospital.

Recalling how he felt after holding his baby girl for the first time, Ranbir said, “I got the opportunity to hold her the moment she was born after her umbilical cord was cut and that moment will be etched in the core memory of my life. To witness her and Alia together for the first time when Alia held her close to her neck and chest – that was also a very magical moment for me.”

Alia and Ranbir tied the knot on 14^th April, 2022 in the presence of their close friends and family members. The couple welcomed their daughter Raha in November last year. Since then, they have been enjoying parenthood. Alia and Ranbir have decided not to reveal their daughter’s face.
