On Wednesday morning he wrote,” I have tested positive for #COVID19. Symptoms are mild. Am quarantining.” The 48-year-old actor shared that he has mild symptoms and has quarantined himself, as per BMC protocol. After his update on Twitter, many of his fans, followers, and fellow co-stars from the industry wished him a quick recovery. The Pyar Ke Side Effects actor had recently mourned Sandeep Nahar’s death by suicide, he wrote, “The pressures behind the screen, neither from the balconies nor stalls can be seen. Om Shanti.”

On the work front Ranvir Shorey, who was last seen in Metro Park 2, and has been shooting for Vikas Bahl’s Sunflower with Sunil Grover and Mukul Chadha.Ranvir Shorey is quite active on social media and has often been seen given befitting replies to trolls. Another such incident happened when a troll was seen taking a dig at his ex-wife Konkana Sen Sharma.

It all started when well-known Journalist Faye D’Sourza shared a clip on her verified Twitter account with the caption: “This is when all parents will now tell their college-going children to avoid all protests, activism, and citizen involvement.” Re-tweeting the video on his account, Ranvir wrote: “Keeping students out of politics is actually a good thing, IMHO.” Replying to Ranvir’s tweet, a netizen wrote: “Konkona was Right When She Left You.” And Ranvir ended with a savage reply to the troll. “No, no, apparently I’m right and she’s left,” he wrote. Konkona and Ranvir were separated in 2015 but they have officially announced their separation last August. They have a son together Haroon.
