Saif Ali Khan gets German professionals to train for ‘Taanaji’s action scenes

Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2019. The period drama, being directed by Om Raut, also features Saif Ali Khan in an important role. Even though Saif had confirmed his presence in the film, but he never revealed too many details about what he will be doing. Now, we have learned that Saif Ali Khan has already wrapped the film’s first shooting schedule in Mumbai and is all set to begin the second one.

According to a report published in Pinkvilla, the second schedule has a lot of high-octane action scenes involving Saif Ali Khan. Therefore, a special team will fly to India from Germany to train the actor. The Entertainment portal further stated that the team is a popular one and they have been hired since they have worked on multiple international projects. ‘Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior’ will be their maiden outing in Bollywood.

Saif is currently busy with the shooting of the second season of a popular web-series ‘Sacred Games’. He will kickstart shooting for the second schedule of ‘Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior’ in the last week of this month.

Talking about the period drama, Ajay Devgn had earlier said, “We have read about Taanaji Malusare when we were in school and now, the time is changing, where people are exploring different stories and characters who were popular figures in the history. Now the younger generation is aware that there are lots of historical figures on which we can make films apart from four or five historical figures.”

‘Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior’ is slated to hit the screens on November 22.
