Saif Ali Khan is one of the most chilled out actors in Bollywood. Saif is not only an intelligent actor but is equally popular for his refined taste in art and cinema. Recently while heading off to holiday in Pataudi, with his wife Kareena Kapoor and son Taimur Ali Khan, Saif was heard saying the paparazzi at airport, “Bas karo yaar, bachcha andha ho jaayega.”

Now recent reports suggest that a complaint is filed against the paparazzi for creating a ruckus outside the ‘Omkara’ actor’s residence. Perhaps this has led to the paps being miffed by the actor. However, Saif has clarified that he or his family has not initiated any police complaint. Apparently one of his neighbours had filed the complaint.

Clarifying his stance on the issue, Saif told Pinkvilla, “I did not initiate any police complaint against the photographers. Kareena and I live in a respectful residential area and are a part of the larger community, thereby we do also have a responsibility to emotionally support our neighbours when they feel a disturbance to them is being caused and to be fair, their sentiments are understandable. We have always shared a very respectful relationship with the paparazzi as we understand that this their livelihood.”

The actor went on to share that people should understand that every kid has a right of growing up in a normal atmosphere away from constant media glare. “I believe I am well within my right as a father to choose to not pose for the cameras when I have my son with me or to inform the photographers that the constant flashes can hurt his eyes. As media figures, we have to live with the attention and we accept that. But our kids shouldn’t be subjected to it,” he added.

Saif’s son Taimur is one of the most followed star kid in B-town. The actor’s concern regarding his son is totally understandable. And we hope the paps learn to respect that.
