Salman Khan’s nephew, Abdullah Khan breathed his last on Monday i.e March 30. Abdullah was a  fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur, he passed away at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital, because of a heart-related ailment. Salman’s father, Salim Khan recently opened up on Abdullah’s death. The veteran screenwriter said Abdullah was the only child of his parents and its very sad that he is no more.

Salim Khan speaking about Abdullah said that it was very sad to hear the news of his death. “He had diabetes, which made his health deteriorate. Every patient behaves individually to medicines. Medicines didn’t work on him much. His heart gave up. He died of cardiac arrest,” Salim told SpotBoyE.

He further added, “He was the only son of his parents. And, he had a girlfriend. She has also left for Indore. The cremation must be over by now. He was a very healthy and strong person before diabetes took over him. He was a lot into exercises. But yes, he met with a very serious accident some time ago.

Speaking about the accident Salman’s father said that it happened 6 months ago, Abdullah was coming from Indore in a car. Two people were changing his tyres while he had parked his car aside. A truck came from behind and hit them. Abdullah was brought to Mumbai. He healed in a Mumbai hospital here in about 15-20 days and went back.

Salim also revealed that Abdullah was ailing since some time now and that the doctors had said that his chances of surviving were very slim.

Due to the Coronavirus lockdown in the country, Salman’s family won’t be able to attend Abdullah’s funeral.
