– A Salman Khan supporter drinks Poison and falls down outside the High Court. Before drinking Poison he said, “I am a salman fan and cannot see him in this state.” (The fan claimed that is was poison, was it or not is yet to be proved.)

– Public Prosecutor says Salman Khan was drunk.

– Public Prosecutor says, Ashok Singh is only Salman’s day driver and not night and was not present when the accident took place.

– Shinde also said that, Ravindra Patil had warned Salman to drive slow but to no avail he rash drived.

– JUDGE says why shall the accused (SALMAN KHAN) suffer in Jail until the decision not taken and the appeal is still ongoing.

– Judge questions prosecution, “Why was section 304(2) of IPC not applied previously?”
