Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s infamous Hit & Run Case has come to an end. The actor has been charged guilty by session judge Deshpande. The session judge has found him guilty of all charges including culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Court, after convicting Salman, heard the lawyer’s arguments on the quantum of punishment. Salman Khan’s lawyer pleads with judge for a maximum sentence of two years and a fine, keeping in mind Salman Khan’s humanitarian work.

Salman Khan has been taken into custody. If Salman is convicted for less than three years, he can approach the Sessions court for bail.
However if more than 3 years term is announced, Salman Khan will have to appeal to the High Court. But the biggest hurdle Salman faces is that the Bombay HC goes on vacation next week if he has to apply for bail.
