Salman Khan to bring India – Pakistan together?

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan‘s upcoming release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is a story about an Indian man helping a Pakistani girl reach home safely. The teaser of the film that was recently released has been well received. Now it remains to be seen if the movie will help bind the frayed threads of relations between India and Pakistan.

Salman Khan is playing the titular role in Kabir Khan directorial ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. He is seen helping a mute girl from Pakistan lost in India, find her way back home. Now the people in Pakistan are great fans of Bollywood movies. The Khan trio: Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan being the hot favorite there too.

Indians too are great fans of Pakistani singers. People from both the countries believe that the film is a great medium to convey the message and brotherhood. In 1972, Pakeezah was successful in bringing the two nations together. So will history repeat once again? Will ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ be able to bring the two nations together again?
