Salman Khan’s event in Surat calls trouble for the organisers

Last month, the residents of Surat were in for a treat, as they got an opportunity to attend a live event of none other than our Dabangg Khan, Salman Khan. It was one successful event with a massive crowd cheering for Bhaijaan. But apparently, this event has spelled some trouble for the organisers.

The organisers of this event have been slammed with an entertainment tax of Rs 44.64 lakh by the entertainment department of Surat. The organisers had already paid approximately Rs 5.36 lakh in advance to the tax department and now they are supposed to pay approximately Rs 44 lakh. The organisers sold approximately 10000 tickets on the day of event but failed to pay the entertainment tax.

On the work front, Salman Khan is busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Sultan’ helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Anushka Sharma will essay the character of female lead and both the stars will be seen in the character of a wrestler.
