Well, during one of the segments of his show which airs on Sony Entertainment Television, the ‘Sultan’ actor had popped a question to the celebrity guests as part of the show, which read, “How many percents of Indians are scolded by policemen for romancing in public?” Before the guests could answer, the actor gave his piece of thought saying that it is sad to see the couple spending time in public places.

Adding more to this question, Salman also revealed how his father had given him and his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz the liberty to spend quality time with their respective girlfriends at home itself. Khan added, “These couples are helpless as there are around 8-10 people in a small house. These youngsters cannot afford to book a hotel as the society takes it in another way. My father (Salim Khan) gave me a clear-cut instruction when it came to girlfriends. He gave us the permission to spend time at home rather than roaming around the city.”

“The same instruction was applicable to my sisters (Arpita and Alvira) as well. If they have any good man in their life, they should first tell their parents and not hide anything from them. He has given us the right to take the decision on whom to marry and whom not to marry’, said Salman.

Somewhere we do feel that the piece of advice which Salim Khan gave his children made sense. What do you think?
