Sara Ali Khan spills the beans on her equation with Kartik Aaryan post breakup

In the recent episode of Koffee With Karan 8, Sara Ali Khan revealed how breakup with Kartik Aaryan affected her. She also shared how she is dealing with it.

Sara Ali Khan recently appeared with Ananya Panday on Koffee With Karan season 8. Well, this was their third appearance on the chat show. When she first appeared, she manifested dating Kartik Aaryan on the infamous couch and it turned out to be true. The two starred in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 during which rumour mills suggested they are dating. However, they parted ways later. On the third episode of Koffee With Karan 8, Sara Ali Khan opened up about her equation with Kartik Aaryan.

If reports are to be believed, after Sara, Kartik even dated Ananya Panday during Love Aaj Kal 2. During Koffee With Karan 8, When Karan Johar asked Sara Ali Khan about dealing with the breakup, she asserted, “It isn’t always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether they are your friends, be it professionally, or romantically, I get invested. So, it’s not like, “Oh yeah,it doesn’t really matter.” It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond them. Something that I’ve realised, without sounding semi-negative, is that there are no permanent predicaments in this business. All these “nevers” and “always” don’t really work I feel.”

Before this, Sara had opened up about her breakup with Kartik in a podcast and said, “2020 just got progressively worse. It started with a breakup and kept getting worse. It was a very bad year and most of it is on the internet.”

Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan were rumoured to be in a relationship during the shooting of Love Aaj Kal. However, they parted ways after dating each other for few months. However, they are cordial with each other now exhibiting exes can be friends. Sara recently attended Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Kartik’s place. Before that, the actors attended Gadar 2’s success bash and shared a warm hug. Apart from this, rumours were also rife that they rang in New Year 2023 together in London.

She will next be seen in Anurag Bahu’s Metro…In Dino co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Konkona Sen Sharma. She will also be seen in Muder Mubarak alongside Karisma Kapoor. The actress will also star in the biographical drama Ae Watan Mere Watan which will release on Amazon Prime. While Kartik will next be seen in Chandu Champion, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and Aashiqui 3 among others.
