Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra are all smiles on sets of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’

Karan Johar will soon be returning to the director’s chair with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ after a hiatus of five years. Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will be seen in the lead roles. Apart from them, the film also has an exciting extended cast that will surely bring the audiences back to the theatres. Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra will be returning to the big screen in pivotal roles.

Currently, the shooting of the film is taking place in Delhi. Designer Manish Malhotra, who is the lead for the costume division of the film has shared a snap with the two veteran actors, in which, Shabana Azmi and Dharmendra were seen all smiles for the photo.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Farah Khan, who is the choreographer of the film also shared a picture with Karan and Manish and captioned it: “Going strong since 27 yrs.. @karanjohar @manishmalhotra05 #dreamteam #rockyaurranikipremkahani nothing has changed.. ♥️”

Recently, the lead stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt took a break from their shoot schedule and headed to music sensation Amritpal Singh Dhillon, popularly known as AP Dhillon’s concert in Gurgaon. They were also seen grooving to the artist’s songs. Many videos of the duo enjoying the concerts are doing rounds on social media. The movie will mark Ranveer and Alia’s reunion after the 2019 film, ‘Gully Boy’

‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is produced by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. Reportedly, the film is scheduled to release in 2022.
