Shah Rukh Khan Doesn’t Have A Cameo In Atlee, Allu Arjun’s Raaka; New Shoot Schedule To Commence Today- Report

Atlee’s Raaka – earlier known as AA22 X A6, has been making the headlines ever since the project was announced. While the makers confirmed the title and released a first look poster on Allu Arjun’s birthday (April 8) this year, the film still continues to be in the news with regards to its cast, budget, shooting schedules and more.

Over the past few days, reports stating that Shah Rukh Khan will have a cameo appearance in the much anticipated Allu Arjun-Atlee film began doing the rounds. Well, it seems like those reports were baseless as sources close to the making claim they are false.

No Shah Rukh Khan Cameo In Allu Arjun, Atlee’s Raaka

Last week, several reports surfaced claiming that Shah Rukh Khan has a cameo appearance in Raaka and would be shotting those scene overseas. However, latest reports prove those reports were nothing more than speculation. Sources close to the project tolf Bollywood Hungama that SRK was never approached for the film. They stated, “Atlee shares a great rapport with Shah Rukh, and he would certainly love to work with him again, but the reports about his cameo in Raaka are baseless.”

Another report, share by a currently independent reporter, seconds the above statement. In they report, they noted that the film’s next schedule will be commencing today in Mumbai. This schedule will see Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone shoot some pivotal scenes. As per the source, the makers are prioritising completing Deepika’s principal photography before the actress begins her meternity leave next month.

Raaka makers have remained tight-lipped about the plot. As per recent reports, the film is being envisioned as a large-scale franchise rather than a standalone film. Its dual-timeline narrative is expected to connect the historical and modern worlds.

The film has already generated significant buzz for its scale, ensemble cast and the collaboration between Allu Arjun and director Atlee.
