Sharmaji Namkeen Trailer Twitter Reaction: Netizens in awe of Rishi Kapoor’s final act, laud Paresh Rawal

Sharmaji Namkeen has been the talk of the town for quite some time now. However, post-Rishi Kapoor’s unfortunate demise in 2020, the movie became the talk of the town as it marked the late actor’s last act in front of the camera. Now, the makers of the movie have finally unveiled the trailer and it’ll surely make you miss the actor even more today.

It also stars Paresh Rawal and both Rawal and Kapoor will be playing the same role as Sharmaji in the movie. It also features Juhi Chawla, Suhail Nayyar, Taaruk Raina, Satish Kaushik, Sheeba Chaddha, and Isha Talwar. Filling Rishi’s role in Sharmaji Namkeen, Paresh Rawal made this movie a possibility after Kapoor’s death.

The story of the film focuses on the life of a retired man who discovers his passion for cooking after joining a women’s kitty circle. Directed by Hitesh Bhatia, Sharmaji Namkeen will be releasing on Amazon Prime Video on March 31, 2022.
