Sharvari Wagh Replaces Kiara Advani As Leading Lady For Ranveer Singh’s Don 3; Shooting To Begin Soon – Report

Ranveer Singh is set to headline the action thriller Don 3. The film was officially announced in 2023 but has yet to go on floors. It is getting delayed due to several reasons. One of them being that the leading lady was not finalised yet. After pregnancy, Kiara Advani backed out if the project. But now, reports are rife that Sharvari Wagh has been finalised to star alongside Ranveer in Don 3.

Sharvari Wagh joins Don 3 cast?

 As per sources cited by Bollywood Hungama stated, “Sharvari and one more actress were being considered. But she has managed to bag the role. The team at Excel Entertainment are excited to have her on board. Sharvari, too, is quite kicked to be a part of such a huge franchise and also because it’s different from Alpha though both are slick action films”.

As to when the film will go on floors, the source replied, “The makers plan to commence shooting by the end of 2025. By then, Sharvari will get free of the promotions of Alpha; the film releases on Christmas. Ranveer Singh will hopefully be done with the release of Aditya Dhar’s action thriller. Farhan Akhtar’s 120 Bahadur releases on November 21. Vikrant Massey, who is expected to play the antagonist, will also complete his commitments by then.”

Talking about the film, Kiara Advani was officially announced as the leading lady of the fil. However, she announced pregnancy this year after which she chose to prioritize personal life and backed out of the project. Then Kriti Sanon and Sharvari were considered for the role and  the latter has bagged it. The show of film will go on floors by the end of the year as Ranveer is busy with Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar shooting.
