Shraddha Kapoor and Randeep Hooda have completed the Pune schedule of their upcoming film Eetha. The schedule wrapped earlier this week following an extended shoot across multiple locations in and around the city. This comes after the film completed its Mumbai schedule, where the shoot was on through late Jan to February.

The end of the Pune leg was marked with a celebratory cake-cutting on set, attended by the cast and crew. Director Laxman Utekar was present along with members of the production team as filming for this portion concluded. A video of the celebratory moment was captured on the sets of the film.
About Eetha
Eetha is a biographical drama inspired by the life of noted Marathi Tamasha artist Vithabai Narayangaonkar. Produced by Maddock Films, the film features Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role, with Randeep Hooda essaying the lead opposite Shraddha. With the Pune schedule complete, the team will proceed with the next phase of the shoot.
Set against the backdrop of 1940 to 1990, Eetha will explore Vithabai Narayangaonkar’s extraordinary journey in the world of Tamasha, her rise to fame, and her subsequent financial struggles. Reportedly, the team has completed filming scenes depicting Narayangaonkar in her 40s, a period during which Shraddha has reportedly gained weight to portray the character authentically.
