Shraddha Kapoor Renews Juhu Apartment Lease; Actress To Pay THIS Huge Amount In Monthly Rent – Reports

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for her Mumbai apartment in Prime Beach, Juhu, with a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh, as per property registration records accessed by Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The renewal was officially registered in February 2026.

The area is popular among affluent residents and celebrities for its exclusivity, premium amenities, and proximity to the city’s cultural and entertainment hubs. With its reputation for glamour, comfort, and a high standard of living, Juhu remains one of the most lavish neighbourhoods in Mumbai.

Several factors contribute to Juhu’s expensive real estate, including its proximity to entertainment and business hubs and well-developed infrastructure. The presence of high-profile residents, including Bollywood celebrities, also contributes to its prominence. The neighbourhood also offers premium amenities and a lifestyle associated with glamour, making it one of the most costly addresses in Mumbai.

Square Yards’ review of property records shows that the Prime Beach apartment in Juhu was previously leased, with the agreement officially registered in October 2024. The residence spans 365 sq. m. (3,929 sq. ft.) and comes with four designated parking spots. The registration involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 36,000 and additional charges of Rs 1,000.

Square Yards’ assessment shows that the lease runs for 12 months, with a starting monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh. Over the course of the full term, the total rental commitment amounts to Rs 72 lakh.

Speaking about the actress’ profesional life, she was last seen in Stree 2 (2024) alongside Rajkummar Rao. Shraddha is rumoured to feature in the Telugu action film AA23, next to Allu Arjun, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Sources reveal that she is also set to appear in Stree 3, scheduled for release in 2027. Apart from her film career, Shraddha Kapoor also co-owns the demi-fine jewellery brand Palmonas.
