Sonam Kapoor has blasted an airline company for losing her bag the second time. Sonam became the victim on her flight to London. She took to her Twitter handle to share the horrible experience. The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress was flying to London with British Airways and when she reached the airport she came to know that the airline had lost her luggage. This is not the first time she lost her bags with the same airline. This is the second time the airline had lost her bags.

Sonam tweeted, “This is the third time I’ve traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.”

Post her tweet, the airline replied back and asked her if she has been provided with a tracking reference when informed at the airport, to which Sonam lashed out saying, “It’s terrible service and terrible mismanagement.”
