Shah Rukh Khan, on this day, recalls one woman in particular. He says he looks forward to receiving Rakhi wish from Mamta Banerjee (Chief Minister, West Bengal).

“Every year I wait for an important wish. Didi’s Rakhi wishes on Rakshabandhan day. I am looking forward to that call this year too,” the superstar said, during a promotional event of his latest release ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ in Kolkata. “I did not have a chance to talk to her since I arrived in Kolkata. I will call her by tomorrow morning,” he added.

It is known to all that Shah Rukh shares a strong bond with Kolkata and the city holds one of his strongest fan bases. He as well is the owner of IPL Cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders. When he is in the city, you can expect fan frenzy at its best.
