According to an ANI report, KK Singh has called Rhea’s transfer plea pointless. A tweet from ANI reads, “#SushantSinghRajput‘s father, KK Singh (in file pic), files counter affidavit before Supreme Court stating the investigation in the FIR has already been transferred to CBI and thus Rhea Chakraborty’s plea seeking transfer of probe to Mumbai stands infructuous.”

According to report by Times Now, in his reply to Rhea’s petition, KK Singh has alleged that the actress influenced key witness Siddharth Pithani. Singh also questioned how Rhea got access of the mail sent to Mumbai police by Siddharth. He has apparently also pointed out that the mail was sent by Pithani after Bihar police had filed FIR against Rhea and on the day when she moved to Supreme Court with her petition.

Meanwhile, Rhea and her brother Showik were questioned by ED yesterday in connection to the money laundering case that stemmed from KK Singh’s FIR. Rhea’s father Indrajit and manager Shruti Modi were also interrogated.
