Swara Bhasker and Payal Rohatgi indulge in catfight again; the former says, “Zeher ki ulti karney ke pehley fact check karo”

Swara Bhasker and Payal Rohatgi’s Twitter war is not new. Earlier we have seen both taking digs at each other’s posts on Twitter. Yet again, it started on Twitter post Swara’s tweet on activist Sadaf Jafar. It so happened that Swara took to her Twitter handle and demanded to free activist-actor Sadaf Jafar who was arrested by UP police.

The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress wrote, “Activist and actor #sadafjafar is in jail in Lucknow.. not clear why! Her friends #DeepakKabir is also in jail because he went to enquire after her.. #FreeSadaf #FreeDeepak and make UP police accountable for its excesses!”

Payal, as usual, poked her nose and slammed Swara for her tweet. She tweeted, “Did this ‘aunty’ tweet #FreePayal when she was arrested by Rajasthan police? Now she is creating drama with all these. Who knows tomorrow she might put #MeToo allegations for publicity.” (Her tweet is translated from Hindi to English)

Swara then replied back saying that Payal should check her facts before tweeting.

For the unversed, Payal Rohatgi was arrested for making objectionable content against the Nehru-Gandhi family on social media. She was granted bail later.
