Actress Triptii Dimri is currently in Spain filming the final schedule of her upcoming movie Romeo, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. While it’s a work trip, it seems to have turned into a romantic holiday as well. Triptii was joined by Sam Merchant, a model-turned-entrepreneur who has often been linked to her. Though the two haven’t confirmed their relationship publicly, fans believe they are more than just friends.

Photos and Instagram Stories shared by Triptii and Sam suggest they’re spending quality time together. They were seen enjoying local street food and sightseeing, hinting at a mix of work and leisure. One photo shared on Instagram confirmed they were both in the same location, adding fuel to dating rumours.

Triptii is starring in Romeo alongside Shahid Kapoor and Randeep Hooda. According to a Midday report, the action-thriller is expected to wrap up filming on August 25, with a big action scene and a dance number being shot in Spain. The film also features Nana Patekar, Vikrant Massey, and Farida Jalal, and is scheduled for release in December.

Earlier this month, Sam was seen driving Triptii to the airport before later joining her in Spain. While she keeps her personal life private, Triptii did speak about dating rumours in an interview with ETimes, saying they sometimes bother her and that she misses having the freedom to walk around without attention.

Triptii was last seen in Dhadak 2 opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi, which released on August 1. Her upcoming projects include Romeo, Spirit, Ma Behen, and Animal Park.
