Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana & Aparshakti give a ‘Jai Mata Di’ twist to Shashank Khaitan’s birthday song

Filmmaker Shashank Khaitan shares a very warm bond with Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Karan Johar and a few other B-town celebs. As the ‘Dhadak’ director celebrated his 38th birthday yesterday (February 27), his B-town friends were present to make his day even more special. What caught much of our attention, is a viral video from Shashank’s birthday bash, where celebs can be heard wishing the birthday boy in a very unique way.

In the video, Shashank can be seen cutting cake, while Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Aparshakti, Janhvi Kapoor and others cheer for him. And then hilariously Varun initiated singing “Zor se bolo Happy Birthday! Saare bolo Happy Birthday”. Even Ayushmann Khurrana and his brother Aparshakti joined him.

Previously, Varun and Shashank have worked together in ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. The actor-director duo will be next collaborating for ‘Mr. Lele’. The film also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in a pivotal role.
