After Irrfan Khan, actress Sonali Bendre left her fans in a state of shock when she informed them that she is battling cancer. The actress, who was judging ‘India’s Best Dramebaaz’ season 3, broke the news in a heartfelt post on her social media handle to inform about her illness. She is at present undergoing treatment in New York.

Recently, her co-judge Vivek Oberoi burst into tears on the sets of the show after seeing an act which reminded him of Sonali.
It so happened that a bunch of contestants performed an act where Deepali Borkar, one of the contestant, played a cancer patient. The act was all about battling cancer and winning. It left the judges Huma Qureshi and Omung Kumar with moist eyes, but Vivek was the most affected as he burst into tears.

The ‘Krrish 3’ actor later shared that the act reminded him of Sonali, who has been his co-judge since season one. He also asked everyone to pray every day for the well being of his close friend Sonali Bendre.
