Disha Patani is definitely one of the most good-looking actresses, and we must say her rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff is a very lucky man. Other than being a stellar actress, Disha’s fitness game is pretty strong too.

In an interview with Vogue India, Disha revealed her fitness regime and said, “I work out everyday and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kick boxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet.

Certainly, with a physique like that, Disha is giving all of us major fitness goals.

On the work front, Disha will be seen in Salman Khan’s ‘Bharat’ which will be releasing next year on Eid. She was last seen in ‘Baaghi 2’ alongside Tiger Shroff, and the film turned out to be a huge success at the box office.
