Watch: Sonakshi Sinha training for ‘Akira’

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, is pulling out all stops for her next. Sonakshi will soon be seen in AR Murgadoss’ next ‘Akira’. The movie as you must have guessed from the title is a heroine oriented project. Sonakshi’s father Shatrughan Sinha plays her father in the film.

Sonakshi Sinha is playing the role of a misunderstood girl who fights back when cornered. The movie focuses on the safety of women. Will also send off a strong message. Sonakshi is training hard for her role which involves some lethal action and stunts. Her preparation for the film includes a 30-day workshop under martial arts experts from Thailand.

Akira is the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Mounaguru and will be shot in Mumbai, Pune and Rajasthan.
