According to a report in Hindustan Times, this is the second time the Vicky Donor actress has been summoned by the ED. She was previously summoned by the agency last year. However owing to the Coronavirus induced lockdown, Yami wasn’t able to visit the ED office.

The same report further stated that Yami had received Rs 1.5 crore in her private bank account which the actress didn’t inform the authorities about. Now she has been asked to appear before the agency on July 7. Reportedly, apart from Yami several other celebs are currently under the ED scanner for money laundering.

On the personal front, Yami recently tied the knot with her Uri director, Aditya Dhar. The couple got married in an intimate wedding in their hometown. They recently returned to bay, where Aditya resumed prep for The Immortal Ashwatthama. Whereas, Yami will soon commence work on her upcoming film, A Thursday.
