Yuvraj Singh retirement: Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma, Anupam Kher hail the 2011 World Cup star

Time and tide waits for none and change is the only constant. Indian cricketer and 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup winner Yuvraj Singh has announced his retirement today. Yuvraj was one of the finest limited overs player that India has ever produced and was a matchwinner on his day. The 37-year-old cricketer also battled cancer and emerged victorious. Now, many celebs took to their social media handles and hailed the legend of Yuvi.

Varun Dhawan wrote, “Thank u @YUVSTRONG12 for all the memories and always being a great ambassador of the game #yuvrajsinghretires”

Angad Bedi, who is a very dear friend of Yuvraj, was also quite grateful.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher called Yuvraj a great inspiration.
